Thank you for your interest in Henderson County Nonprofit Events. Please do not submit regularly scheduled meetings or programs. To ensure that this calendar remains current and serves its intended purpose, the following rules will govern posting (and refusal to post) events:

 

• Only 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations will be allowed to post events

• No date-holding; Your event date and time must be set before posting

​

• Submissions are limited to 1 event per Calendar Quarter per organization

​

• Programs/meetings which occur on a monthly or weekly basis will not be posted

​

• Contact person and phone/email will be public, and should be the direct contact information for the event
   

• Organizations that use this calendar should attempt, in good faith, to avoid scheduling events at times that conflict with other events
